Ethan Curtis was absolutely amazing in not only getting our furnace fixed, but his professionalism in explaining to me in great detail what was wrong. He went the extra mile and showed me pictures inside the furnace of the overall condition I definitely didn't expect him to do. Keep up the great work Ethan and everyone at BDT Mechanical.

I would 100% recommend this company, especially if you have had bad luck in the past! Needed plumber for an emergency that caused toilet to leak into the basement ceiling, called the next morning and an agent was sent within the hour. He was quick, detailed, and kept me up to date on his findings so I could return to work as soon as possible.
